The Tacoma Scots Pipe Band is offering their second tuition scholarship to an eligible applicant! This scholarship covers the cost of tuition for the 2016 Ocean Park School of Piping and Drumming.

TSPB Scholarship
The Ocean Park School of Piping & Drumming awards one piping and one drumming scholarship to students who have excelled throughout the week of the school. The scholarship covers tuition for the following year’s school.
The 2015 winners demonstrated incredibly positive attitudes, enthusiasm to learn, and great work ethics in class.
